My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was quite convenient, being close to both the airport and the Istanbul aquarium, the rooms left much to be desired; they weren't cleaned properly, and I experienced issues like a running toilet which was quite annoying. On a positive note, the service was friendly and accommodating, though it wasn't enough to fully compensate for the shortcomings in the rooms.
